NATURE THERAPY

We are a counselling service that has nature🌿at its core.
We provide the following therapy activities to both individuals and small groups - walk and talk counselling, nature-based mindfulness, hiking therapy, multi-day hiking trips and solo wilderness adventures.
A nature therapy session may include mindfulness, meditation, grounding skills, observing nature, exploring metaphors, expressive exercises, reflection and First Nations skills.
